In this video on Intraday Support and Resistance Levels, I have discussed the importance of a Neutral Point and corresponding Support & Resistance levels based on the Money flow analysis.
The neutral point is the level at which the money flow becomes zero i.e. money flow is positive above the neutral point, and money flow is negative below the neutral point. The support and resistance levels are the stop loss of bulls & bears respectively. Normally, the neutral point, support level, and resistance level are broken with relatively big candles or market consolidate near these levels.
Under normal conditions, the Market is controlled by the bulls if it breaks the resistance level and by the bears if it breaks the support level.

Sir I am seeing the first time L/S ration to 5.19 for FIIs ….it’s clearly overbought. How much correction can be expected when selling will be started. I think this time such a huge position is made for long unwinding , so when they start unwind it , Diis cash won’t support the market .
In past, we have seen that FII’s were forced to close around 2 lakh short positions without any downside in the market. Therefore, depending on buying pressure in CASH, long positions might be closed without meaningful correction. We need to keep watch on selling pressure for any possible correction in the market
Sir how we will determine that selling pressure is adequate …we have to see the imp levels to break to confirm the selling pressure?
Currently selling pressure reach max 25% of buying pressure…Based on historical data, it should be minimum 40% for meaningful correction.

Not necessary…The condition u mentioned is one of the conditions…If big player close their positions then also NP might change.

Pls watch the detailed video on support and resistance. If market is above NP, money flow is +ve and if it is below NP then money flow is -ve which reflects the sentiments of the market.
